PURPOSE
Today, with the impact of Covid-19, we have started to integrate many remote working methods into our current way of doing business. The fact that certain control mechanisms could not be established on these processes, which were quickly launched in a digital environment, started to raise questions about the efficiency of these processes. In the webinar, Process and Task Mining, one of the Digital Process Modeling techniques, which is much shorter and less resource-consuming than existing methods to increase the efficiency of these processes, will be discussed.
