As Turkey Informatics Association ("TBD"), as the data controller, the username information and e-mail address we collect from you, our members, through this Online Payment System will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation in force; for the purposes of conducting activities in accordance with the legislation, conducting financial and accounting affairs and executing contract processes; based on the legal reasons that it is clearly stipulated in the law and that data processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of the contract. Your personal data you have shared will be stored for the period required by the purpose of processing, without prejudice to the periods stipulated by the KVKK and other relevant legislation.
