Accredited Certified ITIL Foundation Training and Exam
December 19-21, 2011, 09:00-18:00 (3 Full Days)
The aim of the ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management is to certify that the participant has acquired the knowledge of ITIL terminology, structure and basic concepts about Service Management and understands the basic principles of ITIL practices. Each student attending the training will be granted free access to Educore University distance learning system. Pre-course reading documents (prestudy) and end-of-course mock exams will also be available in the LMS environment. At the end of the training, all participants will receive ITIL V3 Introduction Book, Mock Exam and Certificate of Attendance. There will also be an accredited ITIL V3 Foundation exam at the end of the training. The exam is optional and paid.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
ERMAN TAŞKIN
His career in the IT sector started 11 years ago with software development and continued with consultancy and auditing in IT Service Management, IT Management, GRC and Information Security Management. As a trainer, consultant and auditor, he has participated in dozens of corporate projects on ITIL, ISO 20000, ISO 27001, BS 25999 and COBIT in various public and private sector institutions in Turkey and abroad. He worked as an Auditor at IBTECH and took part in COBIT, SOX, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and CMMI projects for Finansbank IT and IBTECH. As an IRCA approved lead auditor in ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ISO 9001, he has taken part in the audits of 85 organizations as an auditor in 6 certification bodies. He has successfully passed CISA, ITIL Service Manager, ITIL Foundation, COBIT Foundation, CCNA, MCPD, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 20000 Lead Auditor, ISO 20000 ITSMF Auditor, PMP trainings and exams. He graduated from ITU Aerospace Engineering and completed his Master's Degree in Business Administration. Erman Taşkın, who is an accredited trainer in all ITIL, Expert, Auditor and Consultant series trainings, has four publications on Information Technology Management, Information Technology Service Management, GRC, Business Continuity Management. He is also the chairman of IGRCI International GRC Institute and the chairman of ISO International Standards Institute Turkey Information Technology Mirror Committee.
