IT Law Working Group

The IT Law Working Group, one of the oldest working groups of our Association, carries out activities to make legal regulations in the field of IT law in our country and to raise public awareness, especially in the fields of forensic informatics, intellectual property, e-commerce and internet law, competition law, personal data protection, cyber security, cyber security, cyber crimes and combating cyber crimes.

It is also working on the formulation of strategies and policies to rebuild the legal system in line with technological developments in the digital age, particularly artificial intelligence, cloud computing, autonomous vehicles and the chain of custody.

In addition, he is responsible for preparing and supporting the content of the International IT Law Congresses organized by TBD, providing opinions on "IT law" to the association's publications and preparing awareness-raising articles.

  • Preparation of content for the information law congress organized by TBD,
  • Advising the association management on "IT law"
  • Preparing awareness-raising articles on IT Law for the Journal of Informatics
